- 1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Split the dates open and arrange them into a rectangle on the sheet, slightly overlapping so they all touch.
- 2Arrange the pretzels evenly over the dates. Drizzle or spoon the peanut butter on top. Transfer to the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
- 3Melt the chocolate chips, then drizzle over the top. Use a spoon to spread the chocolate so everything is evenly coated. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- 4Freeze for 20 minutes, or until set. Break into pieces and enjoy! Store in the freezer or refrigerator.
