- 1In a small saucepan, bring 1–2 inches of water to a simmer. Place a heatproof bowl (stainless steel or glass) over the saucepan without letting it touch the water. Add the chocolate chips and butter, stirring until smooth and fully melted (about 3–5 minutes).***
- 2Line your sheet pan with parchment paper. Lay out the 12 whole graham crackers side by side to cover the pan.
- 3Pour the melted chocolate over the graham crackers and spread it evenly to coat.
- 4Dollop the marshmallow creme over the chocolate and use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl it in.
- 5Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers on top, then finish with a sprinkle of salt.
- 6Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!
