- 2Combine 2/3 cup water, oats and the mashed banana in a small saucepan.
- 3Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats have thickened and softened, about 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the oats you use.
- 4Transfer to a bowl and top with the remaining banana sliced, raspberries, blueberries, almonds and chia seeds then drizzle with the melted peanut butter.
