- 1Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a shallow bowl, combine the panko, parmesan, garlic, parsley, basil, thyme, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Pour the melted butter into a separate bowl.
- 3Dip each halibut filet into the melted butter, then dredge in the panko mixture, pressing to ensure an even coating.
- 4Arrange the filets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with any remaining melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until crisp and golden on top and the fish flakes easily with a fork. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of extra parmesan and flaky salt.
