- 1In a heavy saucepan, heat pan over high heat.
- 2When pan is hot, spray with oil and add steak.
- 3Brown meat until cooked.
- 4Remove meat from pan.
- 5Lower heat, melt butter, then add onions.
- 6Cook about 2-3 minutes until translucent, add garlic and mushrooms and sauté about 2-3 more minutes until cooked.
- 7Add a can of tomato soup, steak, water, bay leaf, and worcestershire sauce.
- 8Cover and cook on low about 40 minutes.
- 9Remove bay leaf and mix in sour cream.
- 10Serve over noodles or rice.
