Jag kunde inte tro hur awsome och vansinnigt fudgiga dessa kakor blev. De smakar lyxigt, men de är faktiskt ganska nyttiga! Ärligt talat, jag kan fortfarande inte tro det.

- 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- 2Mix the white whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, dark chocolate cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer or large mixing bowl, mix the melted coconut oil and brown sugar until they are combined. Add the egg, egg yolk, vanilla and coconut rum and stir until mixed. Gradually beat in the flour and mix until a dough forms (it may seem crumbly, but it will come together). Fold in the dark chocolate chunks. Refrigerate dough for 10-30 minutes (I only did 10 minutes).
- 3Remove dough from the fridge and roll into golfball sized balls. Set on a non-stick baking sheet with 2 inches between each. Bake for 10-12 minutes. The centers should be puffy. Do not over bake. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with sea salt. Serve warm or cold.
