- 1Combine minced beef, minced pork, finely chopped onion, grated garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, baking powder, breadcrumbs, water, vegetable stock cube, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 2Mix thoroughly with an electric mixer fitted with dough hooks until well combined. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- 3Divide mixture into 50-55 g portions and roll each into a cylinder approximately 7-10 cm long and as thick as your thumb.
- 4Grill on a hot griddle pan or barbecue for 12-14 minutes, turning frequently, until golden brown and cooked through.
- 5Serve hot. To reheat, warm in a 180°C oven for 10 minutes until heated through.
