    Combine tamarind pulp and granulated sugar in a bowl. Mash together with a spoon or fork until well combined.

    Roll small amounts of the mixture between your palms to form balls roughly the size of a marble.

    Pour remaining sugar onto a flat surface. Roll each tamarind ball in the sugar until evenly coated.
