- 1Preheat the oven to 375° F.
- 2Place the brie in a baking dish. Cut the brie in a crosshatch pattern. Rub the rosemary and garlic over the brie. Drizzle with honey. Bake for 20 minutes, until the brie is melty.
- 3In a separate baking dish, combine the olives, olive oil, Calabrian chili oil, lemon, thyme, and a big pinch of black pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the oil is sizzling.
- 4Serve the brie warm with the olives and oil over top. Add crackers/bread for scooping!.
