- 1Wash fish and pat dry. Line broiler pan with foil. Adjust the top rack 6 to 8 inches from the heating element.
- 2Place fish on the foil and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley.
- 3Drizzle with olive oil and top with crushed garlic.
- 4Set broiler to low and place fish on the rack.
- 5Cook until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, about 6 to 8 minutes depending on the thickness (be careful not to burn garlic). No need to turn the fish.
- 6Serve with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
