    Heat 15-30 ml olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, tilting to distribute evenly.

    Drain potatoes and add to the hot oil. Season with salt, pepper, and allspice.

    Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the potatoes are golden brown. Add additional oil if needed.
